Laudato Si’ becomes a Mass for Creation

On July 9, 2025, Pope Leo XIV celebrated the Mass for the care of Creation for the first time from the gardens of Castel Gandolfo. A true liturgical translation of the encyclical Laudato Si’, this new Mass formulary intimately links the Eucharist with respect for Creation.
Laudato Si’ Contemplative Vigil

On behalf of the Congregation, Sister Helena follows the initiatives of the Laudato Si’ movement which aims to help the Church find concrete solutions in the care of our common home. Sr Helena reports that a contemplative vigil will be held online on January 25.
Discovering an eco-centre

Our November international meetings take place at Le Châtelard (near Lyon). This is an “eco-centre”, in other words a centre committed to a strong ecological approach. It’s a way for us to move towards a life more respectful of the “Common Home”.
