Sr. Lidia and I led a session on community life for Sisters of temporary vows, in connection with the theme of our Bicentennial, “Of Clay and Gold.”
The goal was to help them understand that community life involves both strengths and vulnerabilities. Each member is responsible for her own fragilities and her own beauty. Just as in the life of the Trinity, founded on the faith of its members, anything is possible. Each one’s participation is essential for fostering a beautiful community atmosphere and restoring the joy of living within a community.
Guided by our theme, the young Sisters had a very enriching experience. And they left with hearts illuminated by the love of the Risen Christ.
