It was with immense joy and deep thanksgiving that the entire Cenacle family celebrated the final profession of our sisters Josianne RAHARINIRINA, Rollande RAVOLOLONIRINA and Noro LALAMANANDRAIBE. The ceremony, full of emotion and fervor, took place on Sunday, July 20, 2025 in the church of Saint-Pierre d’Ambohipo, Antananarivo.
Gathered for Sunday mass, a large and prayerful congregation supported our three sisters. Their families and friends, parishioners, sisters and lay members of the Cenacle family, as well as numerous priests and religious, had come to show their affection and join in their joy.

Blessing by the parents
Sister Alphonsine, Provincial, received the vows on behalf of Sister Véronique Fabre, Superior General. Although unable to be physically present in Madagascar, Sister Véronique followed the celebration live, as did many of our sisters on five continents.
Our three sisters were deeply moved by the testimonials of love, joy and, above all, prayer received from the congregation before and during the ceremony.
“Thanks to technology, everyone was able to follow the ceremony. Thank you to all who attended. We really felt the sense of body and communion in our congregation.”

With this commitment for life, our sisters have responded with a generous and confident “yes” to the Lord’s call. A “yes” that is already materializing in a mission sending, announced by Sister Alphonsine at the end of the celebration:
- Sister Marie Josiane RAHARINIRINA will join the juniorate community in Ambohipo, where she will begin her studies at the Catholic University of Madagascar.
- Sister Norosoa Claudine LALAMANANDRAIBE has been sent to reinforce the Fianarantsoa community. She will work as a spiritual animator at the Jesuits’ Collège Saint-François-Xavier.
- Sister Volatiana Rollande RAVOLOLONIRINA will be in charge of the treasurer’s office at the Sainte-Elisabeth community in Soavimbahoaka.
The Sisters' greeting and and procession of offerings
We give thanks to God for the gift of their vocation and for their total commitment to following Christ in the Cenacle. Let us carry our three sisters in our prayers, that the Lord may shower them with his graces, and that their mission may bear abundant fruit for the glory of God and the salvation of the world.
